Hello. Working in Access 2003. I have seen posts similar to this, but I think my question is a little different. My knowledge is VERY basic, so I hope I will explain this clearly.
I have a command button set to output a report to a printer. Now, I know how to force printing to a specific printer or PDF. What I desire to occur is this: When the 'Print Button' is clicked, the report should first output to printer THEN loop back...

Calculation In a Report
Hello. Access 2003. I hope this makes sense. I request assistance with the following calculation problem:
In a grouped(?) footer of the report I have the following calculations in text boxes, and they are working well:
Column1: =Sum([pays])
Column2: =Sum([fuel])
Column3: =Sum([osa])
Column4: =(Count([fit(i)])+Count([ag(i)])+Count([azg(i)])-Count([loc_id]))/4
Column5: =Sum([pays])+Sum([fuel])+Sum([osa])+(Count([fit(i)])+Count([ag(i)])+Count([azg(i)])-Count([loc_id]))/4... -
PopUp Calendar
I have a form that has a command button to print a report. However, I would like for the report to pop up a calendar to input a date on the report before it prints it. I have tried the date function, but it only asks for the date to be entered. What I would like is for a calendar to pop up, have the user select a month/date, and have that date entered into a location on the report, before it prints the report.
Any help is very much...
