Hi I have built a very good database using access it currently has approx 15 users. The problem is that now is has got a lot more data to deal with I am begining to see it slowing down.

I have decided that the next step is to upsize in to SQL. I have used the up size wizard and I have approx 97 queries that will not up size, my main problem is the IIF state ment in my queries.
