When i want 'Enable Comm port', i use Device Manager. but i want do so by programming in c#, how must i do?

hi Plater, Could you describe more detailly about removing the com port from hardware section? I have not ever done so.

what should do anything now? when reboot my PC, I still use to open comm port.

Help me please.
My PC is connected to a Olivetti printer through COMM1 port and I installed driver for the printer, but after do this, i can not program to open comm port in C#. The Error display: The given port name does not start with COM/com or does not resolve to a valid serial port
(I use device manager to uninstall driver and can open COMM port, but when i restart windows OS, my PC still is conflicted as at first).
