This is what I have:
Dialog.frm and media.frm.
Each one has a text box.
media.frm Text1.text and
Dialog.frm text1.text
I have some text in text1.text in dialog.frm.
How do I send the info from dialog.frm Text1.text to media.frm text1.text?
Also I did find out more infomation about VB6. This is so cool

ok maybe I am rushing into things. Ill go look for tutorials and stuff and learn just about everything before I work on it again. Sorry if I been asking for a lot.

Form access another form help
Ok since I know how to diabled/enable stuff now I wan't it where after you enter the s/n, in frmAbout.frm instead of saying DEMO it will say Full version. How do I make it where it will change it in that form?
The code for the diable and text box is in Form1(windows.f rm) -

How do I make it where something disabled until you put some kind of code in, S/N?
Like on some program trials it will need a code to enable some buttons.functio ns,etc.
On mine I want some stuff disabled until you enter a code in to enable it.
Like I want one of my command buttons disabled.

Button help
Using the cammond button how do make a combo box appear? Like in the menu if you click File a box under it will show up with commcands how do I do the same for a command button?

Vertrigo problem need help system suite 7
I have SS 7 installed and vertrigo won't work. Before I had SS 7 installed you can connect to it like phpmyadmin, Apache, etc. but after I install SS 7 it don't. Can't find server. Take a long time for it to load.
IDK what to do. If I can't fix this I will have to stop coding my board.
There is no way I'm going to upload the files to a server, find the errors, fix them, then upload them again. That will take forever.

Well I can't use the program anymore. Something happend and it says it can't find what it needs and it would not load. I tried to uninstall it but it says that the uninstaller is corrupted. So I deleted the VB files "Not the programs, I backed them up" and deleted the VB keys from the regedit and then it showed up as not installed so I clicked next to install and it comes up with an error and won't finish installing. If your asking what I think you are asking its your form name.Show. On mine it I want it to bring up another form on mine the form is called frmAbout and I have .show after is so it's frmAbout.show.
Try frmName.show
