I had the exactly same problem.
I figured it was regarding the language bar.
I fixed it following the steps below:
Right click taskbar >toolbars>che ck the language bar.
the language bar should be displayed. right click the language bar and go to options/properties. Another window will open with language bar properties. Select the Handwriting recognition and click remove. Select the Voice recognition and click remove....
