Textpad Throwing Error Out Of Memory

I am opening an xml file in text pad and tried find and replace functionality.. ...its throwing "Out Of Memory" error. How could this be resolved?

how big is your XML file?

generally, if your XML is too big to read at once, use an XML Pull/Stream Parser (ref.).

Or, if you are not familiar with coding stuff, use a better editor like i.e. Notepad++
