Intellisence is not working for wpf in VS 2008

Hi Intellisence is not working for my wpf application in VS2008. i reinstall vs 2008 and also try some methods..

1)“HKEY_CLASSES _ROOT\CLSID\{73 B7DC00-F498-4ABD-AB79-D07AFD52F395}\I nProcServer32” is not empty..

2)C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\Common7\IDE \devenv.exe /resetskippkgs

both are not solved my problem.
is there any other solution please let me know.
