    XML related.

    Hi,

    I am fresher i have a problem, who to convert a text file into xml file. Please give me your suggestion, if you have any idea.

      What is the type/format of the text?
      What is the type/format of the xml?
      Does encoding matter?

          Text file contain emp_id, emp_name,emp_st atus and i have to convert it into XML file.

              Where are these fields? What is the data structure of the text file?
