good day ! try to restore using a backup file. as you say, as you did not provide needed help in your problem , try ms word repair through this program , on my experience I can say that this program helps . -
I have used Word Repair Toolbox. It's a very helpful tool. This should solve the problem for you. If it doesn't work you can try the following:
