I am much curious to know about Windows you are using right now? Did you upgrade your Windows yet? Few months back Microsoft has offered free upgrade Windows. Did you upgrade already? If yes, how this one going?

I don't want to update because of the system overhead of windoze 10.

Also, the spamware that comprises the user interface doesn't give much of a reason to want the thing.
