pc working slow

My pc has suddenly began working slow and there are many other problems along with this. The task bar went to the top and the music player is also not working properly . The music is suddenly fast and then again too slow. All this happened simultaneously and i've checked my pc for any virus and also tuned it please help on this

- Well, for the taskbar, just try dragging it from top to bottom or another side. If u can't drag, right click on it, uncheck Lock the taskbar .
- As for the rest, there is too little information...
