How can create a bootable pen drive?

i want to create bootable pen drive for install window 7 in my PC.

Have you searched for instructions on how to do this at all? If I do, all except one result (which is interestingly the only one directly from Microsoft) give directions on how to create such a bootable Windows 7 pen drive. Or am I misunderstandin g your request?
