when i insert my transcend 32 gb pendrive...an icon in "my computer" is shown..but when im clicking into that it is saying that ''please insert a removable disk in g'' bt im realy inserted...plea se anyone can clear this problem please.....

Check the disk manager to see if the correct drive letter was assigned. -
Another thing is occasionally the port you plug into is underpowered. You should get a warning; however, not all of the time. Try a port that is directly to the board (usually one of the back ports is direct; however, occasionally a few front ports are).
I have had that happen to my PC here at the house. The port on the card reader are on a hub; however, the very bottom on is direct to the motherboard.Comment

Try to plug and check ur pendrive in another Desktop if it found then just repair your system other then bursting your head on it .this sort of problem may probably arise due to virus i guess coz d i had suffered dis sort of problem once,i formated the my system nd plugd ma New USB it works:-)Comment
