Can't boot PC in normal, safe mode or even do system restore

hello there! my sony vaio eb26 cant boot to its normal start up even in safe mode. i tried everythng from a recovery tools but desperately its doesn't work..is there means to fix this or just reformat it?because i don't want to lose my files.i don't have any back up and i only 1 partition. this results after i iinstalled regcure which suspectedly with a virus.after i reboot it it doesn't work at all..

download a copy of hireens boot disk and boot your system from the disk, run a program called combo fix on the disk it should fix it

you can also try
running scan disk from the boot disk as well sum times it fixes the problem
