Try This link -
Click start then run regedit
then go to the ff. keys
HKEY_CURRENT_US ER\Software\Mic rosoft\Windows\ CurrentVersion\ Policies\Explor er - On the right side check for a DWORD value named NoFolderOptions . If it is there, change the value to zero or delete it.Comment
