How to fix error: Ctrl + Alt + Del to restart message after compressing drives?

hi i compressed the location c and the next day when i was trying to open my laptop a black screen appear which say press alt+crl+del to restart and when i press it the computer restart and show me again this page i donno what to do and i lost my orignal cd of windos 7

You will need to reinstall the OS to fix the problem.

Fixing Windows may also be possible, you'll need a Windows CD / DVD for it in any case though.

If you have created a restore CD/DVD you can use that to restore your OS. This option is available to you when you would have made a backup. Always make a restore CD/DVD.
