DVD Combo Drive Not Working

dear all , i have acer aspire 5315 laptop , i have problem with my dvd combo drive , this is not showing in my computer as well as management ,while from bootable cd it is booting the cd ,when i am inserting any cd/dvd to drive then it is reading the cd /dvd ..but not showing in any location ..

i have deleted the filters in registry but still problem not solved ..

i have also tried the option given by microsoft website but no result

What does it show when you right-click 'My computer' and select 'Manage' and then highlight 'Disk Management'?

What does it show in My Computer-Manage->Device Manager under DVD/CD-ROM Drives ?
