How can I fix my problem to install office 2007? Please see details of error

My problem is that when I start to install office 2007 on windows XP SP2 after few seconds an error occur and setup start rolling back. The error is "windows installer cannot update one or two setup files".

Does it shows folder browser control? Select root folder and click ok.
