Windows Taskbar Tilt or something?

My taskbar tilted 90 degrees to the left for some reason. Could someone help me out?

Would you please give us an image of the happening. ONly them we will clearly understand the matter. :)

Imaging Process: Open the Task Bar (tilted than normal, right?), press "PrtSc/SysRq", open Paint from Accessories in Start->All Programs, press Ctrl+V, save as an .JPG image, and browse and attach the image here in the reply.

close all application click and drag down the taskbar where it should be

Sorry, I considered that to be a Task manager. BKDevidas might have given the solution.
