write your name in the point which is shown at booting time

sir, please tell me how can we write your name in the place of point which is shown at booting time, just i want to tell you that i saw a pc which starts with windows xp and normally 3 smalls points goes again in this windows screen ,but at this pc user use your name at the place of 3 points which appears goes ago. tell me this . it is possible but i don't know about this..
