    Hi Dilip!

Please do not post any personal information like telephone numbers - the Posting Guidelines clearly state, that no email addresses should be posted and that also applies for telephone numbers and addresses.

About your question, how did you try to install the driver and what was the error? What audio hardware do you have? (Probably a soundcard on the motherboard, so do you know, which motherboard you are using?) Are loudspeakers or headphones connected to the audio output and is the volume of windows adjustable?

    Greetings,

You can use a program like SiSoft Sandra Lite (free) to find out this and other information about your hardware (and more).
