unable to use my shift key

anybody who can fix this/ at an instant i can't use my shift key anymore... is this a virus/ how can i fix it/ help please..

Hi!
What exactly do you mean, you can't use it any more? When you press it while pressing say a letter on the keyboard, there's no effect?
Have you tested both the left and the right shift key?
Have you tested an other keyboard?
