    Lotus Notes Step by Step...

    Hi,
    I am new to Lotus notes and I am working as Desktop Support Engineer, In my new office we are using lotus notes, So I want to learn quickly in better way. So can any one suggest me that where can I get free ebooks or site which helps me Step by step manner and is this forum supporting this ...?
