In Future, please be more specific. What Version of Windows are you using? When does this Error occur? Since when does this error occur?
I checked via Google and am guessing you're using Windows Vista, right? Do you have a Lexmark Printer? Because I found two people saying totally different things about that file and one was, that it's part of a Lexmark Printerdriver.
If you do have a Lexmark Printer, try reinstalling that driver.
If you don't, then it might be spyware. Use an anti-spyware-program like Ad-Aware to scan your PC.
