Thanks for your reply, actually I am getting "the instruction at "xxxxx" memory...click ok or cancel to debug, I checked in task manager, there this leads to this CSRSS.EXE, thats is the reason why I want to replace from another system..

This file is often attacked by the virus and therefore it starts acting itself as a virus to cause damage to your O/S.
Why not run a full anti-virus scan to see if it can be fixed?
If this doesn't help, you may copy this file from some other PC (make sure the other PC is running same version of Windows that you have) or from Windows Setup cd and copy it into yours.
Windows might not allow you to replace it.
In this case follow these steps:
1- Open Command prompt
2- Open Windows task Manager
3- Close explorer.exe
4- From command prompt, replace new csrss.exe with old one.
5- Once step 4 is done successfully, from Task Manager goto File then New Task and browse for "explorer.e xe"
6- Reboot windows to see the result
Give it a go, let us know how it goes.
