Any tutorial on GINASTUB?

i've spent the whole day googling on ginastub but most are very back dated with open ended thread that do not help very much.

my intention is to run a biometric scanner to identify the user, then insert the username and password on user's behalf into the login screen after verifying.

can anyone point me to a useful tutorial if i can use?
