On screen keyboard login

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone knows a way that i can get the on screen keyboard in windows xp pro to show up on login. I have a touch screen monitor, and I still want the usual login process, but without an actual keyboard, im not sure how i can accomplish this.

I found this from Microsoft: OSKGina by Siemens. it should display a keyboard at login.
