Microsoft Outlook (Add to my Calendar)

We would like to send out one email that is a save-the-date for our 2008 advocacy days (meetings) and I'd like everyone to be able to click in the dates and have the event automatically saved/imported into their calendars.

Any add-ons or software downloads? Please advise.

Your going to need something to sync the calendars (try google), or use Exchange Server...but you'll need a server for that.
