    How can I installa program to a computer using windows if I am not an administator if it requires administrative prevelanges

    You can't. That's the whole point of administrative rights.

        Not that I am advocating such activites but you can install the program onto a flash stick and execute from there.

          you could but the speed of the application will greatly decrease and everything will be slower

            Generally yes. Especially on 1.0 USB port. But I've managed to play a game from my flash stick on USB 2.0 port and use Firefox too without noticable slugishness. I'd say anything lower than 5mb will not suffer performance issues.
