How do I find the Trash Bin Folder on my Harddrive?

Hey,
Is there a way that i can locate the folder where all the deleted files are kept until they are deleted permanently? My friend deleted some files on my computer and now windows wont start. Can anyone help me out?

then use you PC INSPECTOR FILE RECOVERY from


PCInspector


to get your deleted files.

Hey kestrel,
The path is usually C:\RECYCLER, but you won't find any of your actual files there.

It depends on your Windows version - under Windows XP Pro there's a hidden folder on C: (or whatever your windows harddrive is) called "RECYCLED" or similar. I don't know about other versions of Windows right now.

unchecked hide system protected files
than select
show hidden files

apply it.
now open c:\, d:\

now you are able to view recycle bin folder in root of your any drive.
Be happy.

here in the recycle bin folder many recycled entry is present can any one restore file through here while it is already deleted.
