    remote desktop file transfer

    Hi all,
    i am working from bangalore and i want to transfer some of my files to our team's remote desktop whish is in USA. how to do? through remote desktop communication i can't copy paste the files. :(

    for small files, just sending emails.

    if the files are greater than 10 meg, then see if they can (or are willing to) setup the computer to accept ftp connections.

    or u'll have to try something like PCAnyWhere (must be installed of both sides).

      Or get a MAC. Microsoft's RDC for the Mac allows you to share a folder. You can then just use Finder on the mac and Windows Explorer at the remote PC end to copy files in both directions.

        Look at Putty (http://www.putty.org/). It is a free ssh tunel client.
