Errors with VS 2008 B2 and Blend 2 Aug Pre Please help

Wondering if anyone else it getting a problem in VS 2008 B2 that when they try to create a new silverlight project, the following error popups up:

"Access to the path 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\Common7\IDE \ProjectTemplat esCache\VisualB asic\Silverligh t\1033\Silverli ghtProject.zip\ TestPage.html.j s' is denied."
This annoys me to the bone as Silverlight is now completely non-exisent developing wise, on my machine.

Can anyone help with these issues??

Check the folders property and click the security tab try to add a user for permission.
