Adding Disk to improve performance of MS Exchange

Pls can u help out? My exchange server disk recently got full. Its a small workstation used as an exhange server with about 80GB hdd space. It was not partitioned, so everything was installed there. Now we got a new drive of 250Gb and partitioned it into 4 x 73GB each. But the OS on the old disk will not recognise the new hdd. What we wanted to achieve is to intall the new drive and move the mailboxex or the .edb files to the new drive to free up space.

What can u recommend? Pls advice. Thanks so much.
