    missing usbehci.sys

I want to repair a corrupt Microsoft Win XP Professional version 2002, I recieved an error for a missing system file usbehci.sys. Setup is now just pinting to the same XP CD even when restarting the whole setup process with a different XP CD. Somebody help me out. Thanks

So, let me get this straight: You have an XP Pro install disk, but it's not the one that came with the machine (or originally installed on that machine). Now, when you try to run setup from that CD, it is asking for a different CD. Is that about right?

The XP Pro install disk isn't the one that was originally installed on the machine, though now setup wants only to ran from the same Cd which is also causing the genaration of the missing usbechi.sys file

If that's a typo and you meant "usbehci.sy s", this may help.
