    PC shutting down during Antivirus cleanup

    [B][B]hi... the last time a run my anti virus on my pc it detected 21 virus. a trojan type, worm and a brontok... the problem is evry time i try to delete all the virus that has been detected my pc shutdwn.... evn if i try to quarantine it my pc also shutdwn by it self....... pls help me i need it...

    by the way i use a avg antin virus and avg anti-spyware free edition

    suggest you disconnect it from the network and use a clean machine to reseach the viruses / worms to find solutions to clean them.. The antivirus software providers often provide single solution for the worst viruses etc..

    That prob the best I can suggest without getting my hands on your machine..

      Try Microsoft OneCare is a program kills virus, worms, spyware, hack tools, adwares...... form microsoft. you can download it 90 days free trial.

        Boot into safe mode and run your Antivirus programs from that.
