How many ways can a group policy remove the Favorites menu from Windows Explorer?

I have actually asked a pretty similar question here in the past, without a great deal of success. But I've decided to try a different tack.

So, what are the ways in which a network admin could remove the Favorites menu from Windows Explorer (presumably by use of a group policy), and how can I overcome it and put my favorites menu back where it belongs?

Originally I was able to get it back by correcting HKEY_CURRENT_US ER\Software\Mic rosoft\Windows\ CurrentVersion\ Policies\Explor er\NoFavoritesM enu, but that has ceased to work so presumably they've gotten sneakier.

(I really don't see the point of removing it. I can see where they might have some reason (though I doubt I'd agree) to remove access to personal favorites. But since my favorites are still available plenty of other ways, why make things inconvenient by simply removing access to them them from the menu bar?)

Oh, before anyone asks - yes, I can click the "Favorites" button on the toolbar, then use the Favorites pane which opens on the left-hand side, then click back to the Folders display which I prefer to keep visible. However, this is a lot of bother compared to the two keypresses I am accustomed to using to select my "favourite Favorite", and I don't see why I should have to live with it.

Hm... it is a thought. But I've found hotkeys to be decidedly dodgy under Windows XP. They seem to only work "when they feel like it".
