    Website Not Working on Windows

    Hi everyone,

I’m encountering an issue with my website where it isn’t functioning properly on Windows systems. The site works perfectly fine on other platforms like macOS, iOS, Android, and even different browsers on those platforms. However, on Windows, certain pages don’t load or features are unresponsive.

I’ve tested the website on various browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) on Windows, but the issue persists. I’ve also checked for updates and made sure the browsers are up to date.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue where a website works on all platforms except Windows? What could be causing this, and are there any specific settings or configurations on Windows that I should look into?

Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks!

Sounds like a bait to get clicks. What is the specific issue?

It sounds frustrating to deal with compatibility issues! Here are a few suggestions to troubleshoot the problem with your website on Windows:
      1. Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes, cached files can cause loading issues. Make sure to clear the cache in the browsers you're testing.
      2. Disable Extensions: Browser extensions can sometimes interfere with website functionality. Try disabling them to see if that resolves the issue.
      3. Check for Firewall/Antivirus Settings: Some security settings on Windows might block certain scripts or resources. Ensure that your firewall or antivirus isn't restricting access to your site.
      4. Inspect Console Errors: Use the Developer Tools (F12) in your browser to check for any JavaScript errors or warnings in the console. This might provide insight into what's going wrong.
      5. Check Compatibility Mode: Ensure that the browsers aren't running in compatibility mode, which might cause issues with modern websites.
      6. Test on Virtual Machines: If possible, test the website on a Windows virtual machine to replicate the issue and gather more data.
      7. Review Hosting and Server Settings: Sometimes, server configurations or hosting settings can affect how a site performs on different platforms.

If you continue to experience issues, you might consider reaching out to your web hosting support for further assistance. They may have insights based on server logs.

I have just fixed a website of my client a few days ago, following is url, you can visit it for reference
