ntdll.dll not found

while running a VC++ code [visual studio 6]
I hot error : NTDLL.DLL not found and
every VC++ project is failing to run.

I am working on this project for a month
It was working fine till today.

Now I dont know what happend ?

What should I do ?
repair ntdll.dll
replace
or what ?????

im assuming that you have windows xp or up.

open the file and put the ntdll.dll in then folder C:\windows\syst em32

then click on start-run and type this in
regsvr32.exe C:\windows\syst em32\ntdll.dll

and that should be it
