You can get Firefox here for free or IE7 from Windows Updates on newer systems. If that doesn't work, you'll need some good virus removal tool.

I would strongly like to dis encourage the use of FIREFOX.. Sorry I am just not a FAN of it. Try doing a clean up of your temp folder and it would also be a good idea to update to Internet Explorer 7. Here is the link

To do a clean up of your temp open Internet Explorer and at the top you will see "File" "Edit" "View" and so on... Go to "Tools" > "Internet Options" Now I am on IE7 now and I do believe IE6 its on the first "TAB" and you are looking for "Delete Cookies" and "Delete All Temporary Files" when you click on "Delete Temporary Files" it will pop a box up asking if you want to delete all "Offline content" Check that box so it does delete all that.

If you update to IE7 first you can do the following to delete your temps and offline junk by going to "Tools" "Internet Options" In the window that comes up about middle of the window you will see Browsing history.. Click on "Delete" and it will bring up a window and click "Delete All" That will take care of your clean up.

If both of the following things do not help fix your issue, I have some other tricks up my sleeves for you. Just let me know.

      Chris

Great tips, Chris. And I agree; no fan of Firefox here either.
