custom paper size using windows xp os

Dear sir

we are facing problam using Generic / Text Only printer

how to set paper size 15mmX12mm using windows xp os

Depends on the application you are using, however by default when the printer is installed you can go to start > control panel > printers and right click on your printer and go to properties > go to Printing Preferences > Advanced > Paper size and choose the appropriate size.
