    Error

I keep getting "the active lookup key was not found in any active activation context" whenever I bring up internet explorer, or try to run Windows automatic update. When I bring up AOL. It just sits on a blank page when trying to browse. However, I am still getting email. Mozilla Firefox works fine with no issues. I am new to this site and am just looking for some help. I am not a computer programmer.
