POP3 Connector error showing up in LOG WIN2K3 SBS
Hi guys, I have a windows 2003 sbs server running about 25 client licenses and here is my little problem my pop3 connector is throwing an error at me several times per day, although the system itself works and everybody gets their e-mails!
Its all the same pop3 connector error except there are 4 event variations
Error 1 Event 1019
The message download process finished with one or more errors.

Error 2 Event 1023
The downloading process for mailbox <user@user.co m [pop.user.com]> was ended with one or more errors.

Error 3 Event 1035
A error occurred in connecting to the <pop.user.com > POP3 server for user <user@user.com> . The error is 11004. The server may be down for maintenance or your server is not connected to the Internet.

Error 4 1036
An error occurred during a POP3 transaction to server <pop.user.com [user@user.com]>. The error is 10060 (A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

My thinking is that somewhere there is not enough time for everything to syncronize as I get these errors for different users but all get their e-mail fine eventually.
The interval for e-mail pull in from external pop servers is set to 5 minutes.
NOTE: user@user.com and pop.user.com are sample only so as not to disclose info for spammers =)
If anybody else had same issues or has some suggestions please do so.
