Why do you want to do that? If your machine hangs or crashes due to a driver or software update one of the only ways to fix that would be to go in Safe mode so tell us the reasoning so we can better help you.

          ok here's the story

one of my " very inteligent " teacher thinks that the only way to change a win password is to boot in safe mode && use the ADMNISTRATOR acount ( she doesn't know that this acount can have a pasword to).
i'm talking here about a pc from my hyschool so fuck it.
it doesn't bother me if win can't boot in safe mod , i don't iven need win to boot to find user passwords :)

Yeah so do most people in the field. Although I can lock the computer so that even if you try to boot with your own bootable cd and try to reset the pass you won't be able to. And let me give you an advise about messing with school, I did it when I was in high school took our school down for almost a week had access to all the usernames and passwords, directories and hard drives and then once I showed my friends how to do it I almost got expelled and prosecuted so think before you do something like that, think about your future and show your pride somewhere where it will benefit you instead of diminish you, you are not the only kid in school that can do stuff like that trust me on that one. Also your teacher is probably thinking about windows xp home edition in which you do have to go in safe mode in order to log in as administrator and change the account password. There is also a way to disable safe mode, and I will let you figure this out, there is plenty of info in the net, although you should ask yourself a question do I really need to do this and waster my time?

            Good luck Jr!
