Why would you do this? Unless it's for reasons to bypass country firewalls.
It's not good to take other people's work. Search engines are getting better at finding orgin.

why would you like to rebuild a website that's already working well on google? according to my knowledge, you'll start losing ranking.

Rebuilding a website can result in an increase or decrease in google ranking.
As long as you keep your content & page structure intact changing the page
design won’t change your ranking. I also recommend you to use Google
analytics It will provide all metrics of your website.
