How can i manage my APIs efficiently

I am working on a program which needs lots of APIs but i am so confused whether i can use word to store it. Need some help here

I usually use products that bought by our PM, but when I develop some small stuff with lots of APIs I will use postman,eoLinke r,apigee，those are api management tools I think the better one is eoLinker among them

I have tried all I think their function are partly the same but I like eoLinker most coz it has automated test function.
