So, I want to create a website that pulls information from Riot's API (League of Legends creator) and keep a database of those that have been searched. I know what an API is, but I have no idea how to get started working with one as I have been having difficulty finding a thorough tutorial. Riot recommends using JSON, but I have been introducing myself to Python. I am familiar with web design, but I am not sure how I would connect Python into my Html. Excuse me for my ignorance, but which language would be best for me to get started on working on an API for a web application (a website using an API). Any tutorial links or information would be very helpful.
