Responsive Design Content Management Application

Hi,

I am planning to build a web application based on responsive design so it is compatible with most devices (Desktop, laptop, tablets etc.). The application will have super admin, admin and user roles. Instead of building a CMS system ground up I was wondering if there are CMS application (joomla, Wordpress etc.) that can be used that will be compatible with responsive design. The other requirement is for it to be compatible with 3rd party forms application as the web application will also have a forms component. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

If you want to build a responsive website try to learn bootstrap. Bootstrap is just easy to understand and call the class that you want to adopt to your system design.
