1) Choose your weapon of choice ( programming language )
2) Download an appropriate compiler
3) Some kind of 3d modeling software
MMO games are not easy to make.
For example World of Warcraft, server side has 5.5 million lines of code ( probably more now ... ) and that it took 3 years to make.
Find some good friends, you'll need them. lol
