    IP Shutdown -i

I have yet to test this, as I can send a person to a website that pulls ip's (if you need one go to clicky.com it's the best). But I have a question. I cmdprompt falls under CLI, so I just put VBS. Please correct me to a better one if necessary. My question is, if I use this strip of code,
    Code:
    shutdown -i
and then add ANOTHER PERSON'S IP, would the remote shutdown still work?
I was wondering because when I pull an IP, it doesn't match what IP they actually have, and the IP only gives relevant location. Would there be a way to connect and find their IPv6 without being connected to their network? Not only would I have absolute location but would it work, or work better if I put that into the shutdown -i.

    Thanks in advance, IE
