multi combo box linking how to do in vb6

Dear Sir/mam
I have a two tabels. and two combo box.
1. tabel field is
city name
area name.

2. tabel is same fields.
select tabel then show its areas.

combo box1 cities user select city then show its area
combo box2 areas

how to do it in vb6 simple coding.
please help me.
